The story

From a timesheet tool to a toolkit

Lancer Express started as a focused timesheet and approval tool. The more we worked with independents, the clearer it became that the timesheet was only the last step — the hard parts were finding the right work, keeping contracts and contacts straight, and tracking the time in the first place.

So it grew into a complete toolkit: AI-matched leads and opportunities, a profile and CV that get scored against each role, a light CRM, contracts on the record, and time tracking that flows straight into the timesheets and approvals it began with. It is a product that is still growing — guided by the people who run their working life on it.
