  • AI-powered CV optimization and job matching
  • Contact and network management

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise security
  • Impersonate others or provide false information
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Use automated systems to access the service without permission

6. Intellectual Property

Lancer Express and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Mathison AG and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you upload to the service.

7. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you create and upload, including your CV, profile information, and project data. By using our AI features, you grant us a limited license to process your content to provide the requested services. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for purposes other than providing the service.

8. Payment Terms

Lancer Express offers both free and premium features. The basic service is free to use. Premium features, if offered, will be clearly marked with their pricing. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. AI-generated content is provided for assistance and should be reviewed before use.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mathison AG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mathison AG and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
